Bear Todo Box helps users capture, organize, and review tasks on iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what data the app stores, how optional services work, and how to contact us about privacy questions.
Data you create in the app
- Task titles, page names, archive history, reminder settings, and app preferences are stored on your device.
- If you choose to use backup and restore, backup files are created only when you export them.
- If you enable iCloud sync through Premium, supported app data may be stored in your iCloud account to sync across your devices.
Voice input and permissions
- The app may request access to the microphone and speech recognition to convert your voice into task text.
- Voice recognition features depend on Apple system services and permissions granted by you.
Notifications
- The app may request notification permission to deliver reminders you create.
- Reminder data is used only to schedule and manage your notifications.
Advertising
- The free version of the app may display banner ads in limited areas of the app.
- Ads may be served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device and usage information according to Google's own policies.
- Premium users do not see ads.
Third-party services
- Apple services, including iCloud, notifications, speech recognition, and App Store purchase systems.
- Google AdMob for advertising in the free version.
Your choices
- You can disable notifications, microphone access, or speech recognition in iOS Settings.
- You can reset app data from inside the app after saving a backup if needed.
- You can contact us to ask privacy-related questions.
